Well, a monologue poem might talk about the narrator or author... but really, a monologue is just a speech spoken by one character in a play. It doesn't really mean that the subject has to be about that character... so it really could be about anything.
An identity poem is about your self ( the poem doesn't have rime). To wright one you have to think of things about your self.

A narrative poem is a poem which tells a story an example of this is The Eve of St Agnes by John Keats
A full poem is the one in which the emotion prevalent and predominant in that poem is fully expressed. An example is Shelley's Ode to the West Wind, To A Skylark and The Cloud. The full poem means not an abstract, but the entire poem.
