People didn't work for theatres; theatres are buildings and they don't employ people.
People did work for theatre companies. The way these worked was that there were a number of partners (called sharers) who were the bosses, and other people who were paid wages called hired men and apprentices.
Shakespeare was a sharer in The Lord Chamberlain's Men/ King's Men from 1594-1613, a period of almost 20 years. But before that he was a hired man with some other company or companies. We don't know when he started so it could be as little as five or as many as nine years. A good possibility of a company he might have worked for was Pembroke's Men, but he might have worked for Sussex's or Strange's as well.
The first we hear of Shakespeare being associated with the theatre is in 1592, by which time he was already established as a playwright. We have absolutely no knowledge of what he did in the previous seven years.
Shakespeare did not join a theater company in 1534. He wasn't born until 1564. In 1594, he joined a theater club called Lord Chamberlain's Men.
We do not know any of the jobs Shakespeare worked at before he became involved in the world of theatre. People have guessed and made up stories but there is no actual evidence. That is why this part of Shakespeare's life is called the Lost Years.
It took 10 years to build in 1997,however is only a replica called Shakespeare's globe theater
Hardly. He did not even start English theatre. The Greeks were performing plays 300 years before Jesus was born. Nicholas Udall wrote the play Ralph Roister Doister when Shakespeare was a baby.
He bought a part of the globe theatre
yes
Many of the co-owners also invested in the Globe playhouse in 1599 and in Blackfriars in 1608.
Shakespeare's role in theatre made him wealthy, bought his family a nice house, and fed them for over twenty years.
