Seedless grapes are good, provided you don't get a stomach ache from fruit. Wash them well at home and let them dry, and keep them in the fridge until you leave. Just take them with you in a small plastic container.

They make a lovely refreshing snack, don't have bits that stick in your teeth, don't leave anything you have to throw away like wrappers or pips, and they aren't noisy to eat.
