everyone really. the nobles had the most expensive seats in the covered galleries and on the stage itself. The Elizabethan tradesman or the poor people who couldn't afford as much known as "groundlings" u see were in the pit, down below. And the medium class were in the middle of the whole theater, so not near the pit, but not so high and luxurious like the nobles either.
