Who died in the play 'Romeo and Juliet'?

Various characters die, kill themselves, or are killed by other people. Here's a list:

1. Mercutio. He is killed in a sword fight against Tybalt.
2. Tybalt. Romeo kills him in another sword fight. Romeo was angry about his buddy Mercutio's death and killed him in revenge.
3. Paris. Paris is at Juliet's grave laying flowers when Romeo shows up. They get in a sword fight. Romeo wins. Paris dies.
4. Romeo. After he hears (incorrectly) that Juliet is dead, he goes to her tomb and kills himself with that poison that he bought in Mantua.
5. Juliet. She wakes up from the 2 hour sleep induced by that potion. She finds Romeo dead. At first, she tries to kiss him to see if the poison was still on his lips. But that didn't work out, so she stabs herself in the chest.
6. Lady Montague. She died of grief upon hearing of Romeo's banishment.

Well there were no certain people who acted the parts. At the same time women didn't act back then so boys played the women and they would stop playing women when their voices changed. That is why in the English book in the pictures the girls always changes.

The first Romeo was probably Richard Burbage, Shakespere's main leading man but we don't know the name of the boy who first played Juliet. Over the years literally thousands of people have played these roles.

- Mary Saunderon who was the first female to play Juliet professionally (during Shakespearian times women were not allowed to act and female roles were played by boys who had not yet reached puberty).
