I don't think Juliet weeps over one or the other, rather, she weeps over both.

She weeps for Tybalt, her cousin whom she loved. He was family and important to her.

But also, she surely weeps over Romeo, her lover and husband who is now in deep trouble.

In the play Romeo and Juliet why did Juliet kill herself?

Juliet fakes her death to get out of marrying Count Paris. Friar Laurence tries to get word out to Romeo that Juliet isn't really dead. But Romeo doesn't get the letter so he doesn't know that shes still alive. Romeo goes to Juliets tomb to weep over her death. When he enters Juliets tomb he finds Count Paris is also weeping over Juliets death. So Romeo, deranged by grief, murders the Count when he tries to stop romeo from (he believes) desecrating Juliets tomb. Romeos last words were "Thus with a kiss i die". He kills himself at Juliet's grave, moments before she awakes; she kills herself in turn shortly thereafter.

What does romeo compare julliet to?

The friar asks whether Juliet is ready to go to church, and Capulet responds, "Ready to go, but never to return." She is ready to go to the church to be buried, not to be wed, and from her burial she will never return. Capulet then speaks to Paris about the subject, as we know by his words "O son!"

Why does Juliet go to Friar Lawrences cell at the end of Act III?

Juliet comes to the Friar for his help in putting a stop to the wedding. She is desperate, and as soon as she is alone with the Friar she cries out, "O shut the door! and when thou hast done so, / Come weep with me; past hope, past cure, past help!" (4.1.44-45). Juliet says she will kill herself rather than marry Paris, which gives the Friar the inspiration for his plan for her to take the sleeping potion. He reasons that if she has enough courage to kill herself she has enough courage to take the drug which will make her appear dead for 42 hours. The Friar then proceeds to formulate all the details of his plan, and Juliet agrees to it.

What themes are discussed in the play of Julius Caesar?

Fate vs. Free will Caesar brings up questions about this but Cassius tells Brutus that people can control their own fates. Public self vs. Private self The conspirators neglect private feelings and focus on politics. Examples of this would be the moments between Brutus and Portia as well as Caesar and Calpurnia. Misinterpretations Cassius manipulates Brutus into joining the conspirators by forging letters from Romans. Pindarus tells Cassius that Titinius has been captured, when he was being congratulated by Brutus's men, this causes Cassius to take his life. Inflexible vs. Power Brutus and Caesar are quite stubborn. Antony seems to be the most flexible. Rhetoric and Power Antony convinces the conspirators that he means them no harm and turns the plebeians against Brutus.

How is Juliet not fickle when she speaks in ambiguous to her mother about Romeo?

In act three scene five, Juliet uses her words carefully so that her mother doesn't know if she is talking about Romeo or Tybalt. Juliet is weeping at Romeo's departure, but tells her mother that she's not well. Her mother, however, jumps to the conclusion that Juliet is weeping over the death of Tybalt. Thus begins a dialogue in which Lady Capulet speaks of Tybalt but Juliet's replies are about Romeo. Juliet tells her mother she is not well. Lady Capulet thinks she is talking about Tybalt. "Evermore weeping for your cousin's death? What, wilt thou wash him from his grave with tears..." Juliet replies with "Yet let me weep with such a feeling of loss." Here she doesn't make it known that her feeling of loss is for Romeo and not as much for Tybalt. Lady Capulet says she was going to send someone to kill Romeo and hopes Juliet will then be happy. Juliet says "Indeed I never shall be satisfied With Romeo till I behold him-dead-". She used the word 'dead' on purpose so her mother will think dead refers to Romeo. But Juliet uses the word in reference to her heart. "-Is my poor heart so for a kinsman vexed." Later in the dialogue, Lady Capulet says"…Thursday morn The County Paris, at St. Peter's Church, Shall happily make thee there a joyful bride." Lady Capulet realizes Juliet wasn't talking about Tybalt at all when she tells her "…I will not marry yet; and when I do, I swear it shall be Romeo…" Her mother then tells her to tell her father and see how he will take it.
