Paris
Count Paris visits Lord Capulet in Act I, Scene II, of Romeo and Juliet, to ask Lord Capulet for Juliet's hand in marriage. Lord Capulet stalls, telling him to wait until Juliet is older.
Your question is unclear. Is Duty a different play from Romeo and Juliet which also has a character called Lady Capulet? (actually, the character in Romeo and Juliet was not called Lady Capulet in Shakespeare's time--since Capulet was no lord, she could not be a lady. She is called the much simpler "Mother".)
told her what day and that it will be a small gathering
Juliet's parents are named Lord Capulet and Lady Capulet, whereas Romeo's parents are named Lord Montague and Lady Montague.I've read the play, and as far as I could tell, it never says their given names, but if you want to refer to them, call them the above names (their last names).
The characters were: Romeo, Juliet, Lord Capulet, Lady Capulet, Lord Montague, Lady Montague, The Nurse, County Paris, Prince Escalus, Friar Lawrence, Friar John, Mercutio, Balthasar, Benvolio, Tybalt, Samson, and Gregory.
lady Capulet and lord Capulet
Lord Capulet is Juliet's father, Lady Capulet is Juliet's mother and Lord Capulet's wife, Tybalt is Juliet's cousin and Lady Capulet's nephew, Nurse is Juliet's, well, nurse (as well as a good friend to her), Samson, Gregory, and Peter are all serving men of the Capulets. :)

Juliet is the only Daughter of the wealthy Nobleman Lord Capulet and his lady. Romeo is the son of An equally wealthy family, Lord and Lady Montegue. All six of these people are Characters in Shakespeare's most famous play, Romeo and Juliet.
Lady Capulet teases Lord Capulet about his age by saying that he must dance at least once at Juliet's wedding in order to prove that he still has his youthful energy. She also suggests that his dancing skills may not be as sharp as they once were, playfully teasing him about his age.
Nothing. Montague makes this promise to Lord Capulet, not Lady Capulet: "I will raise her statue in pure gold". That is, he will commemorate Juliet with a golden statue.
