antara bin shadad al-absi, a pre-Islamic poet and warrior famous for his love story with his cousin abla.his father was a well respected man in his tribe while his mother was a slave. in his childhood he wasnt expected to become what he became , a courages warrior and an honorable man due to the fact that he used to do what slaves did such as milking instead of riding horses, inventing poetry and training himself to become a warrior as those three being the most important aspects of a gentelman back at the time. throught his childhood he began training himself in all matters important and crucial to become a respected person and when a war between his tribe and another tribe was present he proved to everyone that he is a courages warrior and an extrodinary poet and went on to become one of the legend in Arabic history eaither in fighting or in poetry especially in love poems about his cousin abla. one of his poems is considred as one of the seven hanged poems which are known as the best peices of poetry in the pre-Islamic era.
