The original main cast was Charlie Sheen, Jon Cryer, Angus T. Jons, Holland Taylor, Marin Hinkle.
Recently controversy lead to the replacement of Charlie Sheen by Ashton Kutcher, although they have not announced what will happen to the character played by Sheen.
I think they canceled the show in all but if not there are rumors that John Stamos will be replacing him. That is what i heard.

Dieuraskel- Maybe they should replace Sheen with Snoop Dogg.

Oh, come on! The word is that Ashton Kutcher is replacing Sheen. Any replacement for Sheen is a bad idea, I think it's either shut it down or get him back on the show.

...
That would be Ashton Kutcher.
The first season with him as Charlie Harper (or Charlie Waffles which is his stage name), the ninth season is set the air the 19th of September, 2011, which happens to be this year.
I can't wait to see if the director or creator or whoever decided this idiotic decision changes his or her mind, or if this, as I envisage it will, crashes and burns.
I believe he writes jiggles for commercials.
Later in the series, he also became a children's song writer/performer

At a convention of television critics during the summer of 2005, executive producer Chuck Lorre confirmed that the show's opening tune is performed by studio musicians and not by actors Charlie Sheen, Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones (who merely lip-sync the lyrics). One of the actual crooners is singer and voice-over artist Elizabeth Daily. my family and I have watched every single episode of two and a half men and own every season since it started. Now that Charlie has a permanent girlfriend (Chelsea) it no longer has the same funny , Charlie style love sick man. Now if we miss an episode, it does not matter. We want Rose to stay with Charlie.
Yes, he replaced Charlie Sheen.
