i read one translation for julius ceaser by sri Vellaala Uma Maheswara rao ,who resided in Cuddapah ,Mochampet during 1976-78. He translated all the plays of Shakspeare into Telugu. He was a play wright and a good drama actor also. As I saw him he was a good scholar in Telugu language as well as English too.
