A fully complete list cannot be made, because it would have to include all of his cousins and even more remote relatives. There are still descendants of his sister Joan Hart living.
But his parents were John and Mary Shakespeare, and he had brothers Gilbert, Edmund, and Richard and sisters Anne and Joan.
His wife was Anne Hathaway, and they had three children, Susanna, Hamnet and Judith. Hamnet died as a child. Susanna married John Hall and they had a daughter Elizabeth who had no children despite being married. Judith married Thomas Quiney and they had three sons who all died as young men.
That's a start.
They were all back in Stratford.

He had two sisters who died as babies before he was born--nobody is interested in them. His younger sister Anne died of the plague when she was eight. His other sister Joan outlived him (and all her other brothers) and inherited the family home to live in for the rest of her life, which she did. She was married to a hatter called Thomas Hart.
