∙ 13y agoThis is because the Disney Corporation pluck out their actors when they're young and cute. By the time they reach the age of 11 they start to slip in anti-growth hormones into their food. This is so easily done because their actors are legally adopted by Walt Disney and they are kept in an ADF (Actor Detainment facility) which makes sure that they cannot keep escape Disney's clutches. When growth has completed, or if their career is prospering they release them and sell them on to other companies, this ensures that they get the maximum amount of money possible and that other companies can get their small actors from a trusted source. An example of one of these is Justin Bieber, he didn't need to be kept for long because people saw interest in him on YouTube, which meant he caught on quickly and could be sold to a record company.
