What arguments does lady maceth use to convince Macbeth to comt the murder?
In the spectacular Act 1 Scene 7 of Macbeth, Lady Macbeth first
breaks down Macbeth's determination not to proceed with the murder
by attacking his masculinity, by suggesting that he is less than a
man, and that she is more of a man than she is. She then builds up
his confidence that they can get away with the murder by
reaffirming that it will be easy and that it cannot fail, as long
as they screw their courage to the sticking place.
