∙ 11y agoMercutio has shoved his way into the fight between Tybalt and Romeo and has been mortally wounded. He refuses to accept the blame he so justly deserves for his own death. He blames Romeo personally and then curses the houses of Montague and Capulet, hoping they all get the plague and die. Anything rather than face the truth.
