There were actually three plans his first plan was to marry the two children together because he thought that it would help to put the war between the families to an end. His second plan was to send Romeo some kind of message to let him know that things had calmed down and should come back to Verona And his third plan was to give Juliet a potion to put her into a coma (to avoid the wedding with Paris) whilst a message was to be delievered to romeo informing him of his plan and Romeo was meant to go to the Capulet's tomb where juilet lays and run off to mantua together
