I highly doubt it; because in the original musicalSeymour and Audrey I die. Audrey gets mortally wounded when Audrey II tries to eat her, while she is trying to water it. As she is dying her last wish is for Seymour to feed her to the plant to appease it. Seymour grudgingly feeds Audrey's lifeless body to the plant (after Seymour goes to sleep little red flower buds start to grow on Audrey II) after a botanical seller named Patrick Matrin asks Seymour for a clipping from Audrey II, in order to sell them across America, Seymour finally realizes Audrey II's plan was to concur the planet. So Seymour tries to kill it in many ways including: poisoning, cutting, and shooting, to no avail; because Audrey II is too hardy. Finally out of desperation he jumps into Audrey II's mouth, machete in hand, and tries to destroy it from the inside, only to get eaten. Then Patrick returns to the plant shop, with Crystal, Ronette and Chiffon; searching for Seymour to ask about the plant again. Unable to find him, Patrick tells the girls to take the cuttings. After that people start buying Audrey IIs all over the world and eventually the Audrey IIs take over the world. The cast sings the finale; warning the audience "Don't Feed the Plants!"

Although it is highly unlikely that they will make a sequel to "Little Shop of Horrors", it could happen.
