the poem if trying to convey that we will be real human being if we have some quality like- we should not act like fools and be sensible when others around us are not behaving sensibly, we should not take triumph as lose and victory as win and take both of them as same, we should not be dependent on others for the work and have to be capable to do that work by own, if we lose all our winning on any moment we don't to cry or lose own temper and start it again with theworn outtools. if we have these type of qualities we will be the real human being.
