To answer that it depends whether:

1) You are grateful what you have right now rather than complaining of what you don't have

2) You are mindful in whatever you do

3) You take time to enjoy or observe things around you

If you do all of the above three, you are living right now but if you, for example worrying about the future or regretting you past you are not living right now. So live right now and be happy!
