Attitude is everything. Even though it doesn't seem like it, agriculture really is run by the consumer, and the attitudes of consumers towards certain things or how things are grown (or raised) will affect those that grow or raise those "things." For instance, people are wanting to eat more grass-fed beef. As a result more farmers/ranchers are actively pursuing the option of raising cattle on grass alone, not on the feedlot.
