What I think Poseidon feels about Percy is proud because he completed his quest. How can I tell is he started a conversation with Percy and telling him about Zeus or what happen why he left.

That he was wearing the ( cursed ) flying shoes that Luke had given to him. Percy, being the son of Poseidon, wold be entering Zeus' air/domain, whic meant that Percy wouldn't be able to wear them. He gave them to Grover, and when they went to the Underworld, the shoes nearly dragged grover into Tartarus, but Percy and Annabeth saved him. Grover confuses everything he touches, even the curse on the shoes. If Percy had been wearing the shoes, he would have went straight into Tartarus.
So that it is proved that Percy didn't steal the master bolt but that it was Luke who originally stole it, then had it stolen by Ares who in turn gave it to Percy without him knowing.
