For Aristotle, the power of volition is the ability of the rational part of the soul to choose between different courses of action based on practical reasoning. It involves deliberation about alternatives and decisions that lead to actions in accordance with moral virtues. Volition enables individuals to act deliberately and with purpose, guided by their rational faculties.
In Aristotle's philosophy, the power of volition is the ability of an individual to make choices and decisions based on reason and desire. Volition allows individuals to act freely and autonomously, guided by their rational faculties to pursue their goals and values. It is considered a fundamental aspect of human agency and moral responsibility in Aristotle's ethical theory.

No. The words are not expressing a clear thought and the syntax is faulty. "And that once you have..." is not the beginning of a complete sentence. It attempts a high tone with "realized" and "volition" and [that which] but strings them together inexpertly and of course using "type" to mean "kind" is unclear. Finally it has no real meaning: what laws ever "undo" anything? Things that are done stay done. The intent seems to be to say "Once you have decided to use this kind of weapon (in a crime?), you cannot deny that you intended to violate the law."
