Life is fair to all means the most basic requirement for life is provided free and accessible to all from birth till death, which is air to breathe. The other two necessities for continuance of life- water and food- are accessible only on conditions. If it is a baby- man or beast or bird- it needs parents to provide them. If it is a grown up organism, it needs skill to seek them.
