Smart people may have the answers and see things clearly as they are, but stupid people see how things could be. It makes for a good advertising slogan and it has a strong grab, but it's really not accurate. The intention is to give the message: Think outside the box. Break through assumptions and question long-held beliefs. That is a very smart thing to be able to do, and it isn't easy. There are many kinds of intelligence; 'smart' and 'stupid' as used above are two very important kinds. Ultimately I think that really is the message.

And people who don't check their spelling are asking for smart arse answers. I mean, honestly, "What is a pinus?" -- how can you NOT give that a smart arse answer?
