There are two videos. The first one goes with the longer, original song, andone with the edited version.

On the full-length version, there are a group of people with funny-looking masks. One scene shows one of these masked people using a conductor's stick to set a fire to the Big Ben building. Another scene shows another one of these people killing several law-enforcement people (FBI?). The last scene shows several more of these people gathered together in a street, then it ends.

The other video (the shorter edit version) depicts a model city with model cars houses and people. The band is in the back of an old '40s pickup truck playing the song. Every once in a while you see a fuse that is running down the streets, burning. Somewhere in the middle of the song, a bunch of teddy bears jump out of the ground and destroy the city. At the end the teddies fall down (assumingly dead)
