There is NO answer to this question as the poundis a unit of measurement of weight in the English system, and the liter is a unit of measurement of volume in the Metric system.

There can be no conversion. A litre metre is a measure of volume. A pound is a measure of mass. The two measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, conversion from one to the other is not valid. Consider a litre of air. How many pounds? Next consider the same volume of water. How many pounds? The masses of equal volumes of the two substances will clearly be very different. So there is no direct conversion between mass and volume: you need to know the density of the substance to enable you to carry out the conversion.
