don't think it's a good idea because phentermine already speeds your heart rate up and if you add and energy shot to that you are adding more pressure to your heart. My first experience taking both was today and my heart doesn't feel normal at all. Not really a pain but sort of a pressure as if something heavy is on it! Can't wait to go home i'm not taking them both anymore and i don't recommend it. I also worked out this a.m. so that brought even more energy to my heart. I just feel horrible!
