Not naturally--menopause means your ovaries have stopped working, so you can't get pregnant. But post-menopausal women HAVE done in-vitro for several reasons. Say your daughter and her husband want a child but pregnancy would be life-threatening for her. They can collect the daughter's eggs, the husband's sperm, fertilize the eggs and implant the embryo in the mother. Then the mother would be pregnant with her own grandchild. It's not super common--most 60-year-old women don't want to be pregnant again--but it happens.
