The force of a sun's gravity can decrease as it's mass decreases as it's hydrogen is converted into energy, and the gravity of a sun large enough can increase if it supernovas and then collapses in on itself to form a black hole, but gravity on earth can't really change unless there is some cataclysm, such as the earth being broken into pieces by a collision with another world or something to change it's mass.
