According to the scriptural view, it would seem the answer is "no." I am assuming that the aspect of necromancy you are referring to is the raising of a dead person to life. It seems that the only real "necromancer" would be Jesus, or someone acting under the power of God to raise someone to life for a good, holy purpose and not through "magic" or consorting with evil supernatural powers. Jesus raises up Lazarus in John 11:11, a young girl in Matthew 9 and a young boy in Luke 7, all of whom were dead before he did so. The only reference to non-God-related forces being capable of something like this would be an interpretation from Revelation of an idea about the Antichrist. In Revelation 13, the "Beast" (Antichrist) is described as suffering a great wound, but then he is somehow healed and the whole world is astonished at him. But this is not truly raising someone from the "dead." It seems that, Biblically speaking, God is the only one who has power over the life of a human being but it could certainly be possile that non-Godly supernatural forces might trick or deceive people into believing that the dead could be raised by their power.

Work done by the system is considered as PositiveWork done on the system is considered as Negative
The work done by a machine is the output energy provided by the machine in an intended task, while the work done on a machine is the input energy required to operate the machine. The work done by the machine should ideally be greater than the work done on the machine to ensure efficiency.
The unit for work done is the joule (J).
In a thermodynamic process, the work done on the system is equal and opposite to the work done by the system. This is based on the principle of conservation of energy, where the total work done in a closed system remains constant.
