Everything that is or was, which is matter, does have mass. In science however, an electron has such a small amount of mass that calculating it would make no difference to the overall mass of the atom. So Yes, an electron does weigh something. A proton for example weighs 1amu, as well as a neutron. (Yes, that is rounded). However an electron weighs only 0.00054amu. This amount is so small like I mentioned, it isn't bothered to be measured.
