This borders on a religious question. Some people believe in ki, but there is no physical evidence for it; from the standpoint of physics, "no" (or if one is feeling exceptionally generous "not proven") is the best answer. Ki as depicted in Dragonball and Martial Arts movies in general tends to be a bit over the top even for people who do believe in it.
