Since the larger the bubble the smaller the density of its 'wall' would suggest the simple answer to your question is yes, because the atmosphere is more likely to break the thin wall.

Although if the substance that created the bubble was larger in the first place or more dense than that would be the major contributing factor in its duration rather than the size of the bubble it produces.
