It does not speed up the healing process, but helps the healing process by improving blood circulation to the area that is injured. Depending on the frequency used, ultrasound penetrates deeper to the underlying tissues and muscles, thus dilates blood vessels and arteries, increasing blood circulation to the injured area. Also promotes tissue healing.

A clinical thermometer can be safely left in the groin area for about two to three minutes to get an accurate temperature reading. Leaving it for longer periods can be uncomfortable or cause skin irritation.
You could potentially subdue an attacker this way, however it isn't the easiest way to do it. Without specific training, attempting it could put you in greater jeopardy. The best course of action when confronted by an unarmed attacker is to run, get away. If your attacker is armed, talk to him and try to get him to talk to you. If you cannot escape, and there is no other option but to engage in physical contact, focus on the three most sensitive points: eyes and face, groin, and instep. If you are unable to attack any of these points, the joining of muscle groups and joints are sensitive to direct pressure. Dig your thumbs in and hold on; don't let go until your attacker weeps like a small child.Of course, the best solution here is to avoid situations where you will be attacked
The part of the a pair of pants that is occasionally referred to as the 'crotch' is the point where both legs meet. This is often where the zipper or buttons would be on the pair of pants as well.
Sticky testicles can be caused by sweating in the groin area, not showering regularly, or not drying off properly after showering. It is important to maintain good hygiene, wear breathable underwear, and use talcum powder to keep the area dry. If the stickiness persists, consult a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying medical conditions.

What causes groin pains? I would say grow'n pains. I think and heard its stretching or pulling of the muscle. Like when you strain to have a bowel movement. That muscle you flex when doing so is your groin. It sounds like you've pulled or strained something which may or may not be your groin. Either way it sounds like its time for a trip to the doctor.
sore groin ,groin muscle pain
A strained groin typically feels like a sharp or stabbing pain in the groin area that may worsen with movement or activity. There may also be tenderness, swelling, and bruising in the affected area. It can be uncomfortable and limiting in terms of mobility.
A pulled "groin" is actually a strained muscle in the upper thigh. Strained muscles occur when the fibers of the muscle are stretched too far. The result is a group of torn fibers, or in horrible cases, the entire muscle may tear. Usually however, it is just a small tear. If you feel that your muscle has ripped entirely, and you are in a lot of pain, PLEASE GO SEE A DOCTOR! You probably need surgery to correct this problem. If it is a minor strain, and you are not in agony, a doctor will not be able to do much for you. REST is the key! If you pulled your groin within 48hrs ago, you should be icing it as much as comfortable. After that point, gentle heat applied to the affected area before any physical activity is recommended, as this will help loosen the torn muscle. I am not a doctor, I'm just a kid, none of this should be taken as scientific fact.
yes
A pulled groin muscle can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to heal, depending on the severity of the injury. It is important to rest, ice the area, and avoid activities that worsen the pain to promote healing. Physical therapy may also be beneficial in the recovery process.
groin pull
Your groin is being stretched.
Might be a pulled or strained muscle, but sounds more like a blood clot which can be fatal if untreated, suggest going to ER or calling an ambulance right away.
The pectineus muscle is located in the upper part of the inner thigh.
