Might have been helpful to have explained WHAT experiment you are talking about. I take it you have taken a question from some homework without letting us know quite what the experiment is set to test.
For most (though not quite all) experiments on a force table, WEIGHT is an issue instead of simply MASS - and as such, if the table is not level, then gravity will also act on the experiment. To illustrate an extreme, if you have three identical forces each pulling at 120 degrees to the other on a test object in the centre, the object should remain at rest. If however the table is tilted, gravity will act asymetrically on the object.
In the flashing and quenching experiment, the neon bulb twinkles because the voltage across the capacitor drops below the breakdown voltage of the neon bulb. This causes the bulb to briefly turn off before the capacitor charges again and the process repeats, resulting in the twinkling effect.
It is a macroscopic theory. Their theoretical values are not equal to the experimental values. The classical theory cannot explain the photoelectric effect, compton effect, magnetic properties briefly..... it obeys the classical mechanics. it does not briefly explain the atoms internal parts . hence it is rectified by quantum physics....!
Scientists explain the phenomenon of particles popping in and out of existence through the concept of quantum fluctuations. In the quantum world, particles can briefly appear and disappear due to the inherent uncertainty and fluctuations in energy levels. This phenomenon is a fundamental aspect of quantum mechanics and is supported by experimental evidence.

When the lift moves upwards, the acceleration creates a sensation of weightlessness, making you feel lighter. When the lift suddenly stops, your body continues moving upwards momentarily due to inertia before coming to a stop, which can briefly make you feel even lighter.
