Yes, there is! Whatever you do, something will always happen depending on what you did. For example; if you did something as simple as helping someone across the street, the reaction may be that person feels that little bit better about life, and they then may do something nice to someone else (or even in return to you)!

Even more simpler things like brushing your teeth twice a day every day has a reaction - you will have clean and healthy teeth and a nice smelling mouth! (which is better than a foul smelling mouth, don't you think?)

I don't agree, because with kinetic energy your action can cause a greater reaction &/or a diminishing reaction.

This is based to do with Newton's Third Law of Motion:

Whenever one object exerts a force on a second object, the second object exerts an equal and opposite force on the first object.

Basically, every action has an action and reaction pair. When you push on the earth, the earth pushes back on you. One force is called the ACTION FORCE. The other force is called the REACTION FORCE. They are co parts of a single interaction and neither force exists without the other.

EXPLANATION:

A good example is when you are swimming, you interact with water. You push the water backward, and the water pushes you forward. There are a pair of forces acting in each interaction. It depends on friction. If you take walking on ice, for example, the friction is minimal. You may not be able to exert an action force against the ice. Without the action force there cannot be a reaction force, and thus there is no resulting forward motion.
