I did a test on this on my engineering. It went up to about 1003.75 grams, or about 2.21 lbs.
All other factors being equal, the small ball will bounce higher than the big ball because it has less mass and therefore experiences less resistance from the ground when it collides. This allows the small ball to rebound more easily and reach a higher height.
A ball would likely roll farther on grass than on carpet, as grass provides a smoother surface with less friction compared to carpet. The longer blades of grass can also help propel the ball further by reducing resistance.
A 3 millimeter ball is about the size of a small bead or a standard pencil eraser.
Wicket keepers wear big gloves to protect their hands from the impact of the fast-moving cricket ball, especially when bowled by fast bowlers. The gloves provide additional padding and help them to grip the ball securely when attempting catches or stumping the batsman.
