Well, first of all, there is warm\hot air moving around and it's a little higher. Cool\cold air does the same thing, but lower. Now that you know that, a tornado occurs when the cool and warm air are moving past each other and then they mix together and spin and build to make a tornado! :-)

It is inevitable that Orlando will eventually have a tornado, as it is in a tornado prone area. However we won't know when the next one will be until it actually happens.

To know how fast your going
It is possible, but long term predictions for tornadoes are not possible. If a place is going to be hit, we will know a few minutes in advance.
I do not know but I know that it will not end until at least billions of years will pass.
