Muscular energy cannot be directly converted into electrical energy. However, piezoelectric materials can generate electrical energy when subjected to mechanical stress, such as pressure or bending. So, if a piezoelectric material is attached to a contracting muscle, some electrical energy can be generated when the muscle moves.
