Well i had the same problem and i am going to show you how to fix it !
Step 1-Get in the shower.
Step 2-Dry your hair with a towel until its about 50 percent dry.
Step 3-Spray your hair with hair spray.
Step 4-Put you hair in two high buns secure with bobby pins.
Step 5-Go to sleep with your up.
Step 6-In the morning, get dressed and wash your face before you take your hair down. It's much easier to get that stuff out of the way first
Step 7-Gently take down the buns. Gently run your fingers through some of the curls to break them up a little
Step 8-Then spray your hair with Hair-spray
I have curly hair naturally but I had a trick that I learned what you need is a round brush that has bristles all around, and a blow dryer.
-When your hair is wet wrap a lock of hair around the round brush and dry it with the blow dryer like that and then when your hair is dry it should be curly and then you can move to another lock of hair...:)
Or
You can braid your hair in many different braids before bed and sleep with your hair like that then in the morning take them out run your hair through the curls and spray your hair with hair spray.
You can straighten your hair without using a flat iron by blow drying it with a round brush, using a hair straightening brush, or applying a heat-activated straightening cream or serum before blow drying. You can also try wrapping your hair around your head and securing it with clips while it dries to achieve a straighter look.
If you straighten your hair with a flat iron on wet hair without using a wet/dry setting, it can cause damage to your hair. Wet hair is more vulnerable to heat damage because the water in the hair can turn into steam, causing bubbles to form in the hair shaft and potentially lead to breakage. It's best to dry your hair completely before using a flat iron to prevent damage.
On average, hold a curling iron in your hair for about 5-10 seconds per section. Thicker hair may require more time, while fine hair may need less. Ensure you release the curl gently to avoid pulling or damaging your hair.
Ironing your hair with a clothing iron can cause severe damage such as burns, breakage, and dryness. The high heat from the iron can strip your hair of moisture and weaken the hair shaft, leading to long-term damage. It is best to use hair styling tools specifically designed for hair to minimize potential harm.
I have thick straight hair and what i do is use hairspray and spray before i do the area im curling and then it usually stays longer. Also, to make it extra curly pull the top layer of hair in to a little ponytail and do the bottom. Then let it drop and curl the top layer. Once your all done just spay lots of hair spray(: ---------------------------------- Thats a good answer, but also you can always try different curling techniques. Different Curls, overnight curlers, spiral curling iron, maybe try a different brand of curling irons? Also it depends on what temp. you keep it at. Straight hair w/ a ceramic iron is good to curl at 5-11 ------------------------------------- That's a great idea! I sleep with my hair in to huge buns on the top of my head. Just wet your hair before bed and put some curl jel in your hair. after that put your hair into buns and when you wake up you have curly hair!!!
You can use a curling iron, put the gel/chemicals in it, or just keep brushing it through until its not as curly anymore. With having curly hair, i know these work, but it may work better with just using a flat iron.
A curling iron. You should really use products though because if you don't any curl you put in will just keep falling out.
curling iron
go to a salon and get treatments, bu they are expensive and it takes forever to get curly hair back unless you use a curling iron to make it curly or curlers
here's what you do... you get a curling iron and curl your freaking hair
Doesn't a curling iron do that?
A curling iron, or with a perm
With a curling iron!!
Curling Iron
There is no way to make your hair permanently straight if your hair is naturally curly without using any chemicals. However you can use a relaxer once to straighten your hair but it is a chemical or you can also try keratin treatments.
With a curling iron or with a perm, yes.
You could try plating or braiding overnight to curl your hair quickly. Works a treat
