You deflate it, thus increasing the relative thickness of the rubber.
Under normal circumstances, light cannot make a balloon pop. However, intense concentrated light, such as that from a laser beam, could potentially generate enough heat to pop a balloon by causing the air inside to expand rapidly.
Popping a balloon with a pin requires less force because the pin concentrates the pressure to a small area, piercing the balloon easily. Stepping on a balloon distributes your weight across a larger area, making it harder to apply enough force to pop the balloon.
Balloons may stick to a knit sweater, but normally the electromagnetic force will oppose it. However, once a balloon is rubbed on a sweater, it can stick to a wall (or other surface) by creating an electrostatic (magnetic) field with the stationary wall.
A palindrome for the noise of a bursting balloon could be "pop."
When a charged balloon is brought close to an empty pop can, the negative charge on the balloon induces a positive charge on the can due to electrostatic induction. The opposite charges attract each other, creating a force that causes the can to roll towards the balloon.
pop!

of course, why would a balloon not pop underground?
sometimes, depending on how full the water balloon is.
it's not how loud the music has to be to pop a balloon. to pop a balloon with music you would have to find the right frequency to pop it, if it was even possible

I depends what kind of balloon you have. Maybe you can even make a balloon that issoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo big you'll have trouble holding it. You might be scared that its gonna pop. But when some balloons pop the sound isn't that big. Some times you don't have to be scared to blow a balloon!!!
to make the perfect water balloon, simply use a regular water balloon rather than a water balloon. regular water balloons can get as big as a human head. the down side is they don't pop easily. you can drop them on the floor and they wont pop.

Free the balloon at the bottom and as the red balloon goes up pop the tnt balloon as it passes it and pop the last tnt balloon.
