Electrokinesis, the ability to manipulate electricity with the mind, is a fictional concept and not scientifically proven. In stories or games where this ability exists, a character might "shock" someone by directing a burst of electrical energy towards them, causing a sudden jolt. This could be depicted as a surge of electricity emanating from their hands or body. Always remember that in real life, electricity can be dangerous and should be handled with caution.
Someone would most likely receive a shock through the element of electricity.
To shock someone with a plasma ball, simply touch the glass surface with your hand or a metal object. The electricity inside the ball will create a visible arc of light that will transfer a small static shock to the person touching it. Be cautious and avoid prolonged contact to prevent injury.
To shock someone with static electricity, build up as much charge as possible by shuffling your feet on a carpet or rubbing a balloon on your hair. Then, touch the person with your charged body to transfer the electric shock.
Heart can be upset by an electric shock, potentially leading to arrhythmias or cardiac arrest. It is important to seek medical attention immediately if someone experiences an electric shock to ensure proper evaluation and treatment.
It is not safe or ethical to purposely give someone an electric shock. Dragging your feet across a carpet can build up static electricity, but this should not be used to intentionally harm someone. It is important to treat others with respect and avoid causing harm in any form.
a electrical shock yes I don't know about the other type of shock

If you mean shock someone electrically by only touching them with your hands, there is certainly a way to do that, and it was discovered in the 18th Century.....but why would you want to do that to someone?

Electrokinesis, if broken down etymilogically means "electric movement" in which case, anything that moves via electric power (whether it be a remote control car or a Prius) is using electrokinesis. If you are thinking of telekenisis (the ability to move things using the mind alone) there is currently no evidence for it. If you're looking for the mental manipulation of electricity and electric fields (which, to my knowledge there is no term for yet, though I might hazard electropathy), there is some evidence of this possibility in the field of biofeedback, but it is extremely weak and can thusly work over very short distances (thousandths, if not millionths, of an inch).
