How do you show examples of thermal energy?

You can take ice cubes and melt them in boiling water

You can take a toaster oven and demonstrate how the electricity creates thermal energy

You can tak a coffee maker, a microwave, a curling or flat iron and do the same thing as the toaster oven

You can demonstrate thermal energy by heating water in a kettle until it boils, or by holding an ice cube in your hand and feeling it melt due to your body heat transferring thermal energy to it. You can also show thermal energy by placing a metal spoon in a hot cup of coffee and feeling the spoon heat up as it absorbs thermal energy from the liquid.
