I've learned this trick in 7th grade.... King Henry's Daughter Usually drinks chocolate milk The K is killograms. (these are in caps because they are the bigger numbers in measurements)

The H is hecto grams.

The D is decograms. The Usually part meants the standard measurements which in the case is grams.

you're probabaly confused but kepp reading. The lowercase d is deci grams. (lowercase means smalller measurements)

The c the centigrams.

The m is the milligrams. Okay heres the trick..your question is how to convert it to the other measurement..right? ok this is easy. if its a number like 5.23 Deci grams and you want it to make that into centigrams you just move the decimal over on the first chart I made and as you move the decimal. So you would moved 4 spots over making it 52300 centigrams.if you want to make it into a bigger measurement like pounds, find out how many of the biggest number on my chart which would be killograms and just muliply that number. I hope this has helped you.
