set the machine as per the standard wt. & acquire the pressure . this will be the reference pressure. then increse the wt. & decrease the wt. & acquire the pressure. then calculate the % increase or decrease pressure with respect to the reference pressure. this will give HIGH EJECTION PRESSURE & LOE EJECTION PRESSURE. The high stop & low stop pressure can be seleted considering the punch pressure suggested by the manufacturer. generally this 3/4 th of the suggested pressure.

Why to validate compression machine speed?

Validating compression machine speed ensures that the machine is operating within the specified limits to produce tablets of the desired quality and uniformity. This helps to prevent issues such as over-compression or under-compression, which can affect the integrity and dissolution of the tablets. Regular validation also ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for manufacturing pharmaceutical products.

Who invented the compression ice machine?

The compression ice machine was invented by John Gorrie, a physician from Florida, in the 1840s. Gorrie's invention was the precursor to modern refrigeration technology and laid the groundwork for the development of refrigeration systems.

What is the relationship between isentropic compression work and the efficiency of a thermodynamic process?

The relationship between isentropic compression work and the efficiency of a thermodynamic process is that the efficiency of a process increases as the isentropic compression work decreases. Isentropic compression work is the work required to compress a gas without any heat transfer or energy loss, and a lower amount of this work indicates a more efficient process.

How does the work done a machine compare to the work done by a machine?

The work done by a machine is the output energy provided by the machine in an intended task, while the work done on a machine is the input energy required to operate the machine. The work done by the machine should ideally be greater than the work done on the machine to ensure efficiency.

What is work done on a machine called?

The work done on a machine is called input work or mechanical work. It refers to the energy transferred to the machine to operate it and perform tasks.
