it doesn't it falls just like everything else,

they are affected by more, and more by, energy transfers to them.

1 because of their low mass less energy is required to move them

2 they generally have much lower density than solids and liquids so they have a higher energy communication density

3 because most of them are much more stable than substances of lower states they can withstand much greater force which results in generally high velocities.

theoretically the repulsive force of electron clouds alone could keep atoms from approaching atoms they are not bound to, so they could technically float above surfaces they are gravitationally drawn towards

Your 2001 Silverado's gas gauge goes to E and wobbles and the low fuel light comes on even when there's a half to a fuel tank of gas any ideas?

AnswerYour gas float has a crack in it gas is getting into the float and it weights down the float so the computer thinks your tank is low on fuel. think of your gas float like float in the toilet bowl....if the float in the toilet bowl has a crack in it. it will stay at the bottom of the tank..same thing with your gas float..itstays at the bottom of the gas tank. Chevy Dealer has the float for $155.AnswerYour gas float has a crack in it gas is getting into the float and it weights down the float so the computer thinks your tank is low on fuel. think of your gas float like float in the toilet bowl....if the float in the toilet bowl has a crack in it. it will stay at the bottom of the tank..same thing with your gas float..itstays at the bottom of the gas tank. Chevy Dealer has the float for $155.Also, had this problem with my '01 Silverado and read about it in other blogs. Recommendations were to add Techron Fuel System Cleaner for $11 to the gas tank. After a few days the fuel tank sensor started working again. Techron cleans the sulphur off the sensor, as advertised, allowing it to pickup an electrical signal and eliminating false or no readings and also shuts off the low fuel light. Worked for me even though I bought a new sensor to install in the tank if this didn't work but it did. Cheap easy fix so far!

How do balloons float in the air?

Balloons float in the air because they are filled with a gas that is lighter than the surrounding air. This gas, typically helium or hydrogen, creates buoyancy, causing the balloon to rise and float.
