White Light never splits into 7 colors .White light is not at all splitting into any other color.I am not joking ,I am really serious about it.To prove it... do the following experiment and tell me whether I am wrong or right........
Make a 1 m.m. thick line on your computer screen and see this line through a Prism. You will find that the Black line has split into five colors i.e. Primary Cyan,Primary Light Greyabove,Primary Magenta in the Middle and Primary Light Orange and Primary Yellowbelow the magenta (please keep the prism inverted..means apex downwards and base upwards otherwise you will get yellow above and Cyan below the magenta )
I consider these five colors, eg. PrimaryCyan,Primary Light Grey ,PrimaryMagenta,Primary light Orange And PrimaryYellow ,as Primary colors as they are not splitting further when seen through Prism.
Red , Blue and Green are Secondary colors because when these three colors are seen through prism they split into its two or more Primary components (Colors ).Draw Red , Blue and Green line on your computer screen and see them through prism...Red will split into Light Grey ,Primary Magenta, light Orange and Primary Yellow ,
Blue will split into Primary Cyan, light Grey , And Primary Magenta and Green will split into Primary Cyan ,Light Orange and Primary Yellow
Now draw a Black block(5 cms x 5 cms) on your computer screen and see this block through prism. You will find Primary Cyan ,Deep Cyan, Ink Blue and DeepViolet at the upper edge of the black block and Post Office Red ,Deep Orange , Orangish Yellow and Primary Yellow at the lower edge of the Black block. Here I would like to tell you that a block measuring 5 cms thick block has 1mm thick 50 lines (50 x 1mm = 50mm = 5cms) .As you have seen that 1mm thick line splits into 5 primary color (Primary Cyan ,Primary Light Grey,Primary Magenta ,Primary Light Orange and Primary Yellow ) thus we are getting Four colors in the upper the edges of the Black block due to the overlapping of these 5 Primary colors of 1mm thick lines(when Primary Cyan and Primary Light Grey are overlapped it creates Deep Cyan color and when Deep Cyan is overlapped by Magenta it creates Ink Blue ,and when Ink Blue is overlapping Primary Light Orange it gives Deep Voilet in the upper margin of the black block and same thing is happening in the lower edge means when yellow is overlapped with Pimary Light Orange it forms Deep Yellow, and Deep Yellow overlaps Primary Magenta it ceates Deep Orange and when Deep Orange overlaps Primary Light Grey it forms Post Office Red ).Now we have 8 colors in total( 4 in the upper edge and 4 in the lower edge ).
Now draw a Another Black block below the previous Black block. The distance between the two blocks should be atleast 1 cm . Now see these two Black blocks through Prism. You will see Green color between the two black blocks due to the overlapping of Primary Cyan of lower block and Primay Yellow of upper block and thus you see the seven colors ( Now above mentioned 8 colors becomes 7 colors due to overlapping of two colors ) of rainbow or spectrum eg. Post OfficeRed , Deep Orange , DeepYellow(in the lower margin of upper block) Green (in the middle of the 2 black blocks ) then Deep Cyan , Ink Blue and Deep Voilet (seen in the upper margin of the lower black block).Newton wrongly used Blue instead of DeepCyan and Indigo instead of Ink Blue(ROYGBIV ).When Newton used a slit through which he passed the white light at that time also the upper edge of the slit was working like the lower edge of the upper block and the lower edge of the slit was working like the upper edge of the lower black block.Green was formed due to the overlapping of the Primary Yellow and Primary Cyan formed at the two edges of the slit (or you can say that the gap between two black blocks is working just like a slit and the white color of the gap in the computer screen is just working like the white light .Everyone Knows that Newton passed a beam of white light through a slit and then this beam of light was seen through a prism and 7 colors of Rainbow was obtained.
It is unfortunate..... from that time (of Newton) onwards everyone is saying that white light splits into 7 colors when seen through a prism . And on the basis of Newton's experiment still scientist are saying that the White light is made up of 7 colors and because of this reason White light is spltting into 7 colors when seen through prism .
With our experiment we can say with full confidence that White Light is not at all splitting ,it is the Black which is splitting.
If you have any query regarding Rainbow , Spectrum and color theory you can contact me. I am sure, I can resolve all the queries regarding the Color .
P.S. : When we see the sunlight through prism at that time also we get Rainbow colors .Here I would like to tell you that around the sun also you have black / dark sky and the black margin of the sky around sun is splitting into rainbow colors. Rainbow in the sky is seen during rainy days only because water droplets of rains are making an artificial Prism and when sunlight is passing through this artificial prism of water droplets ,creating the rainbow in the sky (just opposite side of the sun )
Thus I conclude that primary colors like White , Primary Cyan ,Primary Light Grey,Primary Magenta,Primary Light Pink and Primary Yellow are not at all splitting while the rest of all the other colors are splitting into its component colors when seen through Prism.
The colours of white light are all of the colors that make up a rainbow. White light is actually a mixture of all colors.
White light consists of all the colors of the visible spectrum. The primary colors that make up white light are red, green, and blue. These colors combine to create the perception of white light to the human eye.

Some of the best observations of refracting light comes from Prisms. A Prisms splits visible light into all of the colors of the spectrum allowing an individual to see the different colors that make up a beam of light.
White light doesn't produce different colors. The only way to make white light is tocombine light with all of the different colors. So if you already have white light, allof the colors are already there. You only have to separate them in order to see them.
the 3 colors of light make......white

All Colors :)
There are an infinite number of colors of visible light, and ALL of them are present in a rainbow.
all colors
all the colors of light combined make white light. In other words, white light is composed of all colors of light.
The colors of the rainbow combine to make white light. Each color has a different wavelength, and when they are all combined, they create the full spectrum of colors that make up white light.
Red is a primary colour for light.
In a kaleidoscope, light is used to make make the colors and shapes inside visible.
I think the two colors that make light green are white and green
The colors that make up white light are called the spectrum of colors or the visible light spectrum. These colors include red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.
