Someone can only tell you your bra size if you get someone in a bra fitting store to measure your breasts with your bra on.
A push-up bra typically has padding at the bottom or sides of the cups to lift and push the breasts upward and closer together, creating the appearance of increased cleavage and lift. The padding inside the bra helps to enhance the shape and size of the breasts by providing additional support and lift.
A strapless bra is a bra that doesn't have straps going over the shoulder, while a regular bra does have straps. The advantage to a strapless bra is that you can wear them with tube tops and strapless dresses, where as with a regular bra, people will be able to see your straps.
No, a padded bra refers to a bra with additional padding in the cups to enhance the bust size or provide shaping, while a cup bra simply refers to any bra that has defined cups to hold and support the breasts. All padded bras are cup bras, but not all cup bras are padded.
A minimizer bra is designed to distribute breast tissue more evenly across the chest, which may reduce the appearance of a larger bust size by shaping and compressing the breasts. It typically has full coverage cups and supportive construction to create a more balanced and streamlined silhouette.
This is a very personal choice. If you feel that you need the support, you should wear a real bra. If you are comfortable without a bra, or comfortable in a sports or training bra, you should stick with that so long as it is appropriate for your work or school.
If you feel that you have out grown the training bra, you may want to try other bras. If the training bra fits, it feels supportive, and you are happy with it, then it is not strange to stick with the training bra.
you can. if you wear cups, this is what you can do: twist one of the bra cups so that you can put it inside the other bra cup. then stick the straps inside of the bra cup on the outer side. if you have a flat chet (a training bra) you simply fold it in halfand fold the straps inside. if you have a sports bra do the same.
I don't recommend buying a stick on bra, as what ever substance used to stick to your breasts will more than likely leave your breasts and more importantly your nipples feeling sore. Not to mention if it damages your nipples, you'll wind up wishing you hadn't bought the bra and would have to deal with sore breasts until it heals.
You should use a bra whenever you need the support. When you work-out, run, use stairs, or drive on bumpy roads, the bra will support you.
Its a regular pushup bra but instead of cotton pads they are pads filled with liquid.

because it is embarrassing to "stick out"and sometimes one bra just simply isn't enough padding.
yes The Hooters uniform is very specific, you have to wear nude colored bra's. I work at a Hooters and I have seen girls getting fired because they are wearing the wrong bra.
Convertible bras differ from normal bras in that detachable straps create a more versatile bra in relation to a normal bra. A normal bra might be suitable for wear while at work and cumbersome for jogging or workouts. A convertible bra conforms to the user's need.
No they don't. But if you think that AA is too big for you then you probably don't need a bra and a crop top or unpadded sports bra may work better for you. The smallest bra girls room make is 8AA.
