The Earth and the Moon have the same gravitational attraction for each other - it is symmetrical per Newton's Third Law - so the force of gravity of the Moon on the Earth is the same as the force of gravity of the Earth on the Moon.

In terms of their gravities towards a third object, however, the Moon has a mass of 7.3477 x 1022 kg, while the Earth has a mass of 5.9736 x 1024 kg, so, given the same distance, the Moon's gravity towards a third object would only be about 0.0123 that of Earth.
