size of an object highly affect the cooling andheating processes for example to increase the temperature of a small piece of iron less amount of heat is required while a bigger piece requires high amount of heat. similarly a room of 10 by 10 having 10 height becomes cooler by using A.C with in 2 or 3 minutes while a room of 20 by 20 having 10 height requires a long time interval for cooling.

Does the size of the object have an effect on the amount of matter an object has?

No, the size of an object does not affect the amount of matter it has. The amount of matter in an object is determined by its mass, which remains the same regardless of its size.

How does object's size affect the gravity of that object?

An object's size does not directly affect its gravity. Gravity depends on an object's mass and distance from other objects. However, larger objects with more mass tend to have stronger gravitational pulls.

How does hot and cold affect an objects size?

When an object is heated, its particles gain energy and move faster, causing them to spread out and increase in size. On the other hand, when an object is cooled, its particles lose energy and move slower, causing them to contract and decrease in size. This effect on size is reversible and depends on the temperature change.

What is a thermometer used to measure?

Temperature measures relative energy of an object. It does not measure heat. The amount of heat (energy) depends on the size of the object, the nature of the material / its heat capacity.

What freature of an object does not affect air resistance?

The internal composition or material of an object does not affect air resistance. Air resistance is mainly determined by an object's size, shape, and speed when moving through air.

How will an object size and mass affect its terminal velocity?

The terminal velocity of a falling object depends upon its aerodynamics (which is to say, its shape) rather than its size and mass.

Why doesn't changing an object's shape or size affect it's density?

Density is determined by the mass of an object and its volume. Changing the shape or size of an object alters its volume but not necessarily its mass, so the density remains constant. The distribution of mass within the object may change, but overall density remains the same.

What feature characteristic of an object does not affect air resistance?

The feature characteristic of an object that does not affect air resistance is the object's mass. Air resistance is determined by the object's shape, size, and speed through the air, but not its mass.

Does the size of an object affect how much it rusts?

No,the type of metal is the only thing that effects this.:)

What factors affect the amount of air resistance acting on an object?

shape, size, and speed
