Im not an expert but a hypothesis I think is done by using the senses of the body and mind, and thinking really hard and working over and over again to find a hypothesis. And you keep making a hypothesis until it is your final answer.

What is a proposed a scientific idea is called?

A proposed scientific idea is called a hypothesis. This is a tentative explanation for a phenomenon that can be tested through observations and experiments. If the hypothesis is supported by evidence, it may become a theory in the scientific community.

How are a hypothesis a prediction and an experiment related?

A hypothesis is a proposed explanation for a phenomenon. A prediction is a statement that forecasts what will happen based on the hypothesis. An experiment is conducted to test the hypothesis and, in turn, test the accuracy of the prediction.

What following statement is not part of testing a hypothesis?

Concluding that the hypothesis is correct based on personal beliefs or opinions is not part of testing a hypothesis. Testing a hypothesis involves designing experiments, collecting data, and analyzing results to determine if the hypothesis is supported or not.

What is the relationship between a hypothesis and a prediction?

A hypothesis is a proposed explanation for a phenomenon, while a prediction is a statement about an expected outcome based on the hypothesis. The hypothesis guides the prediction by suggesting what might happen in a given situation. Predictions are then tested to determine if they support or refute the hypothesis.

What is a hypothesis prediction of?

A hypothesis prediction is an educated guess about the outcome of an experiment or research study based on the hypothesis being tested. It helps researchers forecast what they expect to observe or measure if their hypothesis is accurate.

What will not change law theory hypothesis experiment hypothesis method?

If I understand the question correctly, ALL of them can change...In principal. That is, a scientific law could be proved false, though it is the most tested of theories and least likely to be changed. That is the beauty of science. Nothing is beyond question. Let's review a layman definition of these terms: Hypothesis --> Reasonable, but not fully tested, guess to answer a question. Theory --> A fully tested hypothesis that's been checked by others to a question. Law --> A theory that's been around a while that no one can find fault with. Experiment --> Logical process to test a hypothesis...They are changed ALL the time.

What causes hypothesis to be rejected?

We have two types of hypothesis i.e., Null Hypothesis and Alternative Hypothesis. we take null hypothesis as the same statement given in the problem. Alternative hypothesis is the statement that is complementary to null hypothesis. When our calculated value is less than the tabulated value, we accept null hypothesis otherwise we reject null hypothesis.
